We provide comprehensive CNC machining services, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and wire EDM, for a variety of materials.

CNC Milling services

With 3-axis, 4-axis CNC mills, we efficiently produce tight-tolerance parts and intricate geometries in both mold and metal parts, meet the needs of different industries.

CNC Turnning services

Our CNC lathes, turning centers, and mill-turn machines enable us to produce cylindrical workpieces, as well as components from square or hexagonal raw materials.

5-Axis CNC Machining

5-axis machining can complete CNC machining of surface contours and geometric machining of a variety of parts, and is suitable for industries with higher requirements such as aerospace, military industry, etc.

Precision Machining Services

We provide precision machining, combining processes for greater efficiency, accuracy, and faster lead times. The machine will offer high-efficiency work.

Why Choose ours CNC Machining Services?

Capabilities of CNC Machining Services

Our CNC machines deliver precision tolerances that meet industry standards, ensuring consistent accuracy and seamless component fit.

Design Guidelines

Optimize your designs for manufacturability with our expert guidelines and feedback, ensuring the best results in CNC machining.

Maximize the internal radius.
Internal cuts create a fillet half the tool diameter. To save time, use a radius greater than 1/3 of the machining depth. For efficiency, relieve internal corners and use a consistent radius across all edges, allowing the same tool for process.
Avoid excessive cavity depth, grooves, and holes.
Cavity and groove depth should be 3-4 times the tool diameter. For holes, max depth is 4x the diameter, with a minimum of 1mm. Standard holes reduce costs and improve precision.
Try you best to avoid thin walls
Thin features are prone to vibration, so wall thickness should be at least 0.5-0.8 mm for metal and 1.0-1.5 mm for plastic. For support or taller features, increase wall thickness to reduce vibrations during machining.
No small text
For marking parts with text, electrochemical etching or laser marking is faster and more efficient. If cutting text, use recessed, simple, large fonts with a depth no greater than 0.3mm. otherwise, this will be bad.
Standards for threads
For threads, keep length up to 3 times the hole diameter. For blind holes, add at least 1/2 hole diameter at the root. Consider using inserts, threaded coils, or brass nuts for longer durability, especially in soft materials like aluminum or plastic.

Tipical: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Magnesium Alloy, Titanium Alloy, Zinc Alloy and etc.

Plastic

Supports over 40 engineering-grade materials, ensuring versatility for various applications. The machined plastic parts are fully functional and suitable for mechanical testing, guaranteeing reliability and performance.

Tipical: ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PMMA (Acrylic), PA (Nylon), PA+GF30, POM (Acetal/Delrin), PP, PVC, HDPE, PPS, PEEK and etc.

Surface Finishes

We are offering over 20 options of surface finishes to fulfill both your functional and aesthetic requirements.

Brushing

is a surface treatment that grinds the workpiece, creating decorative lines for an attractive finish.

Sand Blast

uses high-speed sand flow to clean and roughen a product's surface.

Polishing

uses abrasives or buffing wheels to smooth surfaces, remove imperfections, and create a reflective finish.

Tumbling

is a surface treatment that rotates materials with abrasive media in a drum or container.

Anodizing

enhances by forming a protective layer that improves corrosion resistance, hardness, and appearance.

Painting

This process improves the tactile feel but may be prone to scratches.

Black Oxide

an oxide film used to improve corrosion resistance, enhance appearance, and reduce light reflection.

Electroplating

is used for functional, decorative, and corrosion-resistant purposes in various industries.

Powder Coating

applies electrostatically, then cures it with heat or UV light for a durable, attractive finish.

Alodine

is a protective conversion coating for aluminum that prevents corrosion and acts as a primer for painting.

Passivation

enhances corrosion resistance by immersing it in an acid to remove contaminants and form a protective layer.

Electroless Plating

is a chemical process that deposits metal onto a substrate without electrical current.
